We specialize in small-scale project management consulting work. Many of our clients are solo practice attorneys and small business owners who benefit from delegating work. We do contract legal work for attorneys or we help with short or long-term projects that your business does not have the time or human capital to complete. Our services include, but are not limited to research, document review, planning, and information organizing.
What We Do
We primarily provide a supplement to transactional attorneys and civil litigators, solo practitioners, small firms and medium sized law firms. We specialize in contract legal work, working with attorneys who hire us to help on short term projects and smaller ongoing matters.

How It Works
Consultation
We do not charge for consultations because the purpose of a consultation is to see if our services are the best fit for you and your team based on your needs. If we are not the best option we can offer referrals or recommendations.
Project Planning
We work with our clients to come up with an action plan to solve the problem.
Either through an action plan or a series of phone or video meetings we work with the client to define the scope of work. We aim to be flexible and efficient.
Business Model
Our clients engage with us in two ways, short-term projects and reserve agreements.
Short-Term Projects
The duration of the assignment is based on what the client needs and wants. These can last for hours, days, or weeks.
Reserve Work
Clients hire us for certain tasks on a monthly basis. Present client work includes but is not limited to research, social media and website managing, ongoing organization work, and task management.

ATTORNEYS
Attorneys are our most popular clients. Longhouse Consulting acts as a supplement at times when the transactional attorney wants extra help. We do anything from research to assisting in discovery, investigation, case preparation, etc.
BUSINESSES and NON-PROFITS
Our business and non-profit clients have unique needs and budgets. Similar to our attorney clients, our nonprofit and small business clients hire us to help them on smaller projects. Often may need to fill a gap in labor or just need extra hands on deck periodically. We come in so small non-profits can stay focused on their philanthropic goals and other aid to the communities they serve.
